Built in 1854 as a private country retreat, Cedar Manor is set in mature walled gardens that are dominated by a 200 year old Cedar tree, giving the hotel a feeling of peace and seclusion that belies their location just outside the town centre.

Cedar Manor offers ten individually designed ensuite rooms, each with their own character and unique features.

Some rooms offer luxurious spa baths to wind down in after a full day’s adventure while others boast magnificent views of Windermere and the Langdale Pikes, however all rooms offer great amenities such as free wireless Internet access and flat screen TV’s.
