Today, the Fountain, a traditional period inn in the heart of Cowes, is still doing brisk business, and is an ideal haven for yachting enthusiasts, business people and holiday makers.
The traditionally appointed bar runs a menu from 12pm - 9pm daily.
The restaurant menu changes each day using fresh local produce, as well as serving a range of cask conditioned ales and an extensive wine list.
It is well known that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day which is why The Fountain Inn serves from 7.30am every day to make sure you get the best start to the day possible.
A comprehensive buffet is available to start with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, & pastries.

Each August, Cowes hosts the famous Royal Cowes Regatta when the town erupts into a yachting frenzy.
