The building is set back from the main road, surrounded by mature gardens, enabling our guests to enjoy a bright and relaxing environment.
The suites are tastefully furnished with well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee facilities, comfortable lounge, bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and bathroom; comprising bath / shower and hair dryer.

Heaton Park Metrolink is only 0.5 mile away enabling easy access to the city centre, Bury, Old Trafford for Manchester United, Altrincham, Eccles and many other areas.

Apartments are not to be used for parties or stag and hen weekends.
Nuisance behavior will not be tolerated otherwise we reserve the right to ask occupants to leave without a refund.
Clients are fully responsible for any damages or breakages.
Property is Non-smoking throughout, any guests caught smoking will be asked to leave and will be liable for the cost of cleaning the apartment.
